Sacred, St Johns Church, Werrington

Giclée Fine art PF Lustre 12″ x 8″ print with mount, total measurement 14”x 10”

Description

Graveyards are sacred places, often a point of calm and reflection, offering a place of connection to lost loved ones. To an outsider they present a collection of lives, each holding its own memories and recording an individual whose presence is missed.

This giclee print is set in a mount, enabling it to be easily framed if required.

  • A photograph is a portal in time, capturing a fraction of memory.  Travel, design and art in all its forms, from Bosch to Bowie, are huge influences in my life both professionally and personally. Recognising and embracing beauty and hidden details, then capturing it through photography is an intrinsic part of my life.  I fell in love with the undiluted honesty of photography in art college and after taking commissions for several years I established my own business in 2010. This has taken me on many great adventures to many stunning destinations both locally and internationally, working with poets, acclaimed artists, entertainers, BSL interpreters, and many other fantastic individuals and collectives. My fine art work has also been exhibited in locations including London, Amsterdam, and France.   My images from personal projects are heavily influenced by nature and our interaction with it, seeking out overlooked beauty in the everyday.
