here is a portrait of my first husband when he was in his twenties. He was asleep sitting up on the sofa as I drew, football was on the TV. It was a very peaceful afternoon and the sun was shining through our bedsit window as I drew. It is an original pencil drawing on A3 size white paper, which has yellowed a little with age as it was drawn in the 1980’s.
