Description

Quirky figurative Print.  56 x 56 cm / 22 x 22 inches.  This print is from a drawing in ink and charcoal inspired by an 18th century portrait of an aristocrat at Powderham Castle in Devon.  She had an enormous hairdo which could have possibly been a wig which gave her a slightly spooky look, so I imagined she could have birds and mice nesting in it.
