1.1 Coupons allow you to create Codes which customers can use to get discounts

1.2 Log onto your Dashboard as normal using your Username and Password

1.3 Click on Vendor Dashboard the top right hand side

1.4 Click on Coupons

1.5 Click on Add new Coupon

1.6 You now see the fields you need to fill in to create your discount Coupon

1.7 Fill in the Coupon Title. This is the exact Code you would like the customer to use. Eg. CCSpring20%

1.8 In Description, say what the offer actually is. Eg. 20% discount on all Culinary Concepts products on purchases of £30.00 or more. The Code is valid throughout May

1.9 In Discount Type, state whether you want to give a specific discount eg. £20.00 on a product ‘Product Discount’, or whether you want to offer a percentage discount ‘Product % Discount’ eg. 20%

1.10 Email restrictions. Here you can add specific emails of customers you wish to permit the use of your code. It could be customers who have already bought from you generally or on this site. You can leave it blank and offer to all customers

1.11 Usage Limit. Here you type in the number of times each shopper can use this code. You can leave it blank if you do not wish to use this restriction

1.12 Expire Date. Use the calendar to set the expiry date for this Coupon Code

1.13 Exclude Sale Items. Tick the box if you do not wish your discount to apply to products on sale

1.14 Minimum Amount. Here you can set a the minimum amount the customer has to spend to be able to use the code to get a discount

1.15 Product. You can select all your products or just some to which you would like the Coupon Code to apply

1.16 Exclude Products. If you have selected All Products, you can also exclude some

1.17 Categories. You can select Categories you want the Coupon Code to apply to. You can leave this as Any Category

1.18 Exclude Categories. If you have selected Any Category, you can exclude some

1.19 Check the box if you would like the discount Coupon displayed in your Store

1.20 You Coupon will now be listed under your Coupons

1.21 You can now communicate your code via your normal marketing channels. You can also inform Art in the Heart, who may also advertise your discount. Let us know
