Description

This beautiful Purple, blue, gold and sienna original painting is part of my fluid acrylic range and is very much one of a kind. The small size of this painting is ideal for any small walls or shelves around the home that seem just a bit to empty!
Height:15cm Width:15cm Depth:3.81cm
All my canvases are pre-primed and stretched for both convenience and quality and are painted with a mixture of acrylic paint, liquitex pouring medium and silicone. Using this technique acrylic pouring I let the paint find its own way across the canvas occasionally making adjustments by adding more paint, tilting the canvas and working with a pallet knife. I love this uniqueness of each piece created ensuring that no painting will be the same. I sign my paintings on the back of the canvas. Three layers of Winsor and Newton professional gloss UV varnish have been added, sealing the painting to ensure it will last for many years. No framing is required. Certificate of Authenticity is also included, signed and dated.

  • I enjoy developing my work so that my paintings and etchings can speak to both me and to others. I am influenced by the elements of design: colour, texture, shape, line, value and direction. In 2015 I completed an advanced printmaking course, where I explored different printing techniques. I continue to explore my passion in printmaking through practice and deeper study. I exhibit and sell my work from my home studio and through the Art in the Heart gallery in Peterborough.
