Description

The lake region of New Hampshire is the mid-state region surrounding Lake Winnipesaukee, Winnisquam Lake, Squam Lake and Newfound Lake.
In Autumn New England is famous for its glorious foliage. Has leaves change from green to a beautiful kaleidoscope of colours. The leaves start turning colours in the northern region of New Hampshire around mid-to-late September and peaking around mid-October. This is my inspiration of a lake and the glorious foliage.
This card was printed from an original etching which I hand painted with mixed media.
It is an ideal accompaniment to a gift for family, friends or anybody who loves landscapes. You could even mount it into a small frame as a keepsake.

  • I enjoy developing my work so that my paintings and etchings can speak to both me and to others. I am influenced by the elements of design: colour, texture, shape, line, value and direction. In 2015 I completed an advanced printmaking course, where I explored different printing techniques. I continue to explore my passion in printmaking through practice and deeper study. I exhibit and sell my work from my home studio and through the Art in the Heart gallery in Peterborough.
